When you know that one of Trevor’s closest friends died in a tragic rafting accident, both the video and the song become a lot more heartbreaking.

Oftentimes, love asks for more than we have the ability to control or understand. He articulates that impeccably with the language and aural representation of this piece. Keep up the solid work, Trevor.

I don't mean to humblebrag, but I know I am. I got to hang out with this guy for a couple hours way back when he toured with father John misty opening. He played his first live song from his wondrous bughouse album at my questioning if He had new stuff yet. He only had his first album out and I asked if he had any new stuff. He said he had some skeletons of songs but before he went onstage, he said he would play a new one they were working on if I didn't put it into youtube. I almost can guarantee he doesn't remember me, but that night was friggen amazing. And I don't care of anyone believes me, it fucking happened. And I really like where his sound is going....
@S3ANPukekoh36 жыл бұрын
that's cool, which song did he play?
@freddieearth6 жыл бұрын
To be honest, I had a bit to drink, I even got him and his guitarist to take a pull of blue 100 on Broadway in fargo with me, and I had never heard the song before and the album didn't come out until a while later so I honestly don't remember what song he played. My sister may have got it on film, but he said not to put it on youtube. But if you ever ask him about Scott in fargo, I bet he might say I vaguely remember that. But I'm sure he met 1000s of strangers a year, so I doubt it.
