This song honestly does such a great job at portraying the experience of losing your mind, dissociating, anxiety, paranoia, losing connection to reality and no longer fully trusting your senses, leading to even more disconnect, but also there's a weird calming, familiar and apathetic nature to the instrumental. The ending sounds like freaking out and trying to fight back in vain, and the last few seconds are a complete disconnection that cannot be fought against, only lasts a few seconds but it completely disrupts the tone of the song, it's disorientating and kinda relatable tbh.
