You folks need to log into a desktop or laptop, follow this man’s prompts until you reach the subscription section then it will ask to open the app store with your apple ID. You’re welcome.

Guys I got it, basically go to settings, press your account, click subscriptions and cancel it there :]

Okay this method doesn’t technically work however if you go to the Disney app > account > Disney plus premium, takes you to webpage , then go on subscription and scroll down past the options to change your subscription, then you’ll see cancel subscription button.
