Had this same set up but water cooled. Ran a 42 pilot, 100 main and a W7 needle on the middle position in a 21mm delorto and it ran beautifully. Recently upgraded to a polini pwk 24mm now running a 45 pilot and 115 main. These kits can take a lot of fuel.

if cooling is an issue you can buy a bigger cooling fan we do that a lot where im from. for the stage6 mk2 you could prob use a bigger carb and you need to get it up to about 13000-14000 rpm for it to really blow the exhaust up. matbe lighter rollers or a tune variator can fix the porblem.

a lot of people skip or overlook rotor/ignition...once I had one installed for my MK2 Racing, it was MILES better and without it you can't really achieve the RPM/performance you need without one.

try the Yasuni R with his range of 11.000 rpm and the cilinder stage6 mk2 runs max 10.500 rpm......the c16 does actually something between 13 - 14.000 rpm.

You need a bigger exhaust, try an c20, malossi mhr 2006 of a hebo hr 4. A c16 is a good exhaust for a simpel 70cc. Such as a malossi sport or polini sport. But if you het a Racing cilinder, you also need a Racing exhaust.

So I have a s6 mk2 sport pro, an LPC reinforced crank, polini cp 21, polini 24mm 360° intake, and s6 carbon reed and there reed block. I have a naraku variator and an NYC multi angle secondary pulley, and an 10.2 final drive ratio. I also have port matched cases and cylinder, a polini 4 race exhaust, and polini evolution crank seals. So I've found that it likes 3-3.5g and 3-3g rollers and I'm running a 110 main and 36 pilot. I have the needle all the way down. It runs around 320 at wot for a while. It does me great and I've been on this kit for over 6.5k miles. Hope this helps. I am soon to upgrade my crank to a polini HPC crank to hopefully it will run a lil better lol 😂. Love the vids bro keep em coming.

i had a simliar issue with one of my bikes try a hotter plug solved my issue on mhr rep with a c16 that lives at 11.5k they recommend br9 but i changed to a br8 iridium and sompletly solved the loading up

check the colour off the spark plug for a good a/f ratio. the colour needs to be coffee brown than your a/f is mostly spot on. fine adjust then is with the carb needle. after a good a/f i recommend you get the primairy gears change to malossi straight 13/44 because off the high rev cilinder. autowheely garanteed.

If you come to Eastern Europ the scooter thing here is outrageous, mk2 racing or Dr Evolution or any Stage6 cylinder, 21mm carbs, Stage6 or Polini or Malossi intake and reeds, yasuni c21 or c16, Malossi multivar and malossi or stage6 clutch almost on every scooter, for us 60mph is slow, like 75-80mph is high

have you tried stagering weights 3x 3gr and 3x5gr , the three grams will engage fairly fast but the five gram rollers wont engage till a higher rpm is made. i had take off band top end speed problems i staggered my weights 3g-5g-3g-5g-3g-5g found i gained more punch off the line but also found a higher top end speed once the pipe kicked in

Based on temps and loading up under full throttle, I’d look at base timing being a little too advanced

Use a inner rotor ignition. The flywheel is a lot lighter and loads up way faster. Ik have also a F12 air cooled. I have the Ducati edition with the MHR replica 70cc. I use also a Polini carb but the PWK model. They are very good. And tuning is easier than the one u use. I read about your specific model Polini. Not good reviews. Greetings from Holland

I drive malaguti f15 with 17.5mm delotro carb and 4.2g dr pulley weights and everthing stock. It goes like a rocket. But when i put on stage 6 PRO replica exhaust it goes a little slower but top speed is higher. I would go stock everthing like mine setup.

Aircooled 50cc minarelli machines are hard to tune without overheating have my chinese keeway 2 ciliynder seized one was running shit an slow and ither one just seized 2 days ago it lasted 15 days but it was pulling hard when you hit full gas it had stage 6 pro replica exhaust try that one really good on high revs

Iv’e had the same problem even if i tried different carbs. Then i Got into speaking with a dude i was Racing with he told me that i should check my crank seals if they were bad and the were that fixed the problem

If that polini carb is bad on multiple scoots just bin it bro and get something else/better. have you tried a 17.5 carb on the bike? 21 could be to big of a air/fuel flow [jets wont be proper for the mm size of carb] i had that on my piaggio nrg a proper tuned 17.5 worked better for it then 21

I have same issue, stage 6 sport pro, C16, Polini 21... on my prebug... did all kind of pilots 34-42 same end result, only way symptoms go away is for a new plug and that only last just a couple of miles. I still don't know what it may be I think I just need a bigger carb ? I do run out of gears toping at 59mph at 12.5k rpm

Bbks in 47mm,50mm,52mm,52.4mm can be had for $50 on amazon, but theres lots to improve on a 50cc, you can port the head intake and exhaust ports, use 2 or even 3 inrake boot spacers(with gaskets) run an exhaust fror a 150cc, go up to a 22-24mm carb, cone filter on a pipe instead of straight on carb, a flashlight tube of right diameter is perfect. Advance your timing by grinding slots into bolt holes of pickup,index spark plug, remove crush washer on plug just dont overtighten, check valve clearance often, keeo oil changed, pickup a glixal a9 cam from amazon for $12, experiment with rollers and clutch springs.a gear up kit for final drive gear is under $25 and theres sEveral ratios like 15/52, 17/49, etc. Get valve grinding compound and thoroughly lap the valves into tge head for tight seals, run premium gas with an additive like lucas,mystery oil,etc.

I wonder if its something with polini carbs tbh, my AF16 has been doing some weird stuff too that I'm pretty sure is fuel related and I'm on 24mm PWK. Haven't really had the motivation to dig into it further to figure it out, but I may save my pennies (and a headache) and just go Smart Carb.
