I got a 4 stroke Honda metropolitan 50cc I’ve been doing some up grades myself bought some performance spark plugs and a performance air filter got to start off small to make a 50 cc go faster every video you post helps me learn to work on my own scooters .

Save your money. Don’t tune the GET engine on your Met. Swap in a 2T engine like a horizontal minarelli from a Zuma.

J Tabilisma yea we’ll I’ve been tuning and trying so hard to get this thing dialed in but for some reason my carb could be closed all the way and it still runs and I’ve jetted already soo many times with not much difference? Could I have an air leak maybe around my oil seals?

For the CVT you might want to look at getting the Dio ZX oversized rear pulley. You need to grind out the case a bit to make it fit but gives you more bottom end.

Pro tip learn how a variator works the best tune for the variator will make the most horsepower and will make it pop wheelies and go fast had a 70cc Yamaha Aerox that did 60+mph and poped wheelie by just giving small amount of throttle

angelo rodriguez it’s quite hard to explain but using the right weights will give the best performance and you need to combined weights with the different type of springs I had hardest clutch springs and pressure spring in my aerox with 3,9gram weights and it was the most fun moped ever it did 83kph not so fast cause i did not have the correct weights but that was all fine cause it poped wheelies up to 30 kph you also need a belt that doesn’t slip and a good clutch

SYM are dio based engines with a diffrrent gearbox configuration. They come stock with a "overrange" ZX rear pulley and a 89mm variator but they now make a 92 and 96mm variator.

I hope you centred the crank and checked for end float?. if you didn't the crank bearings wontt last long. Was the kit corrected for the new stroke? Raising the head so the piston doesn't hit the head isn't as good as doing it the proper way. Not hating btw just making sure its done right ;)

The sym is fairly late USA 2stroke, but the USA kept getting air cooled minarelli 2stroke bug eye Yamaha Zumas until about 2005!

Even after tunning and trying different carb, so i threw in the 80cc head and piston dis the emissions delete. And then i out in a 79 main jet and she ia ripping now. Im not giving her full throttle yet but i hit 40 so far. But i cant get her front end to lift up

Hey so I'm at a crossroads here, I've got an af16 and I'm looking to do the 120 stroker myself but I'm unsure if I should go with the water cooled top end or the standard air cooled. I'm shooting for high speeds but it will also be rode very often and I'm worried that if I go with the air cooled top end then it'll likely overheat but on the other hand with the water cooled top end I have no idea how or where I'd find a water pump for it to circulate the coolant, I'm torn between the two at the moment and could really use some help
