Stay in the valley and you'll be fine. As long as you don't cross the ridges it's just about impossible to get lost. It's only about two miles between the ridges and maybe 7 or 8 miles from the flats to shamokin. Where do you plan on parking? As long as you are somewhat competent in navigating you'll be fine. My friends and I had no problems finding our way back and we didn't have a clue where we were going.
