That 1 post was installed way too short or too deep in the ground. Post should be 74.5 inches from top to ground.

Definitely need more information on what the process to install on slopes is. I understand there's more work, but the vagueness has me worried that it's ultimately a bad idea.

Does it resist strong winds ?

Gabriel, Trex fencing performs very well against strong winds. It has been tested for over 100 mph. Keep in mind, wind is exceptionally unpredictable so while the fence can withstand high winds, a sudden burst with a change of direction could destabilize any strong structure, including a Trex fence. Overall, however, Trex performs better than vinyl and wood fences with 4x4 posts. Feel free to call 877-700-8739 if you want to discuss this in more depth.
