When he almost broke out laughing at the last spoken part. I can scarcely imagine how powerful of an emotion he must have been feeling in that moment, in the midst of this orchestral performace of his own composition. I am a little sad though that it didn't end the way Guyute usually does

With all of the things he's done musically from Phish to TAB, Oysterhead, and Hands on a Hardbody on Broadway, I really want to see Trey compose a score for a film. Trent Reznor, Randy Newman, Trevor Rabin, and Danny Elfman have been able to do film scores really well and I think Trey's take on film scoring with the blending of jamming and orchestras would be really cool to see.
