I have both the Trezor One and the Ledger Nano S. I personally prefer the Trezor One because the buttons on the Nano S feel weak and cheap and I am afraid that they will eventually stop working. Furthermore, I like the way the PIN system works on the Trezor a lot better.

I own a Nano S, Trezor One, KeepKey and a Model T Trezor. The trezor interface is the easiest for me, but the that might be because of my bias on using it first. My one complaint is that when ever there is a split or staking update Nano gets it first. Right now Nano has the ability to work with the new Shelley Update. I will be missing the first round of staking because my Cardano is on the Trezor not the nano. Aug. 5th is when the ledger is ready, but the first round deadline for staking ADA was Aug. 3rd. I wish they could keep up the pace with the Nano team as I do like the Trezor interface better.

Hello: Ordering direct from Trezor takes longer (7-days or more) than ordering thru Amazon (Trezor is also the seller) at 1 day. Does it matter for security purposes of the actual product. If ordered from Amazon, How do we know it has not been tampered with internally. I am a newbie on this and it's kind of hard to just trust the whole system especially when the customer service support is very weak. It makes me nervous when I cannot call and receive support and answer questions. I called the telephone number for Trezor and spoke to someone and it sounded like I called a foreign country, the person had a heavy accent. Finally I asked their location, he said in San Franciso, California. Not very comforting. This whole Crypto world is creepy and a slippery slope. I am a little intimidated. The fear of the unknown.

@@Daniel-ct3ds Incase you don't know this, Ledger had a security breach and it's users personal information was stolen - I think they had peoples information for "marketing" purposes. Also, I wouldn't buy a ledger off of Amazon. The distributors who is not Ledger itself may have access to the 24 your character code and wallet before you purchase it.

They don't have any access to do that. It's open-source, and everything regarding your funds and coins happens inside the little machine. You are the only bridge between your Trezor and the outside/online world. If your seed and Trezor wallet are under only your control, nobody else can access your coins. You can even build your own from components, so there is no way for Trezor company or employees to do something.

@@ifisme It doesn't have to know your old Trezor, and It doesn't even have to be the exact new Trezor. It is the SEED that has Bitcoin or another crypto in it. The Trezor machine is just a safer communication between the seed and the whole bitcoin network. There are great explanation videos from a great guy named Antonopolus, he is pretty much one of the biggest bitcoin educators here on youtube. Cheers

This wallet only accepts a few coins! It does not store XRP or ADA. It is very limited and only stores 15 or 20 coins and does not store many popular altcoins like ADA and others. You should have mentioned this and shown a list of what it does store. You say it "supports over a thousand coins and tokens" which implies that it supports all the main crypto coins. It doesn't and this should be stressed clearly. I'm a new investor and I rely on the information that people like you provide. I'm very upset with the fact that I can't store my crypto using this wallet. What a waste of money and what misleading advice. Very disappointing.
