Great video. Just did a big cook on my Lone Star Grillz Santa Maria 60" with 4 2.5 lb tri tips and about 20-30 chicken breasts (with about 20%-25% room empty space I left for cooling and tons of space in between everything). Came out great, a dream to cook on that thing. Definitely will have to do the same as this video, a reverse seared tri tip on my LSG pellet.
