Tri-Tone Pencils! How do you color with these?! (LIVE)

Dot from UK I have been watching you for a few weeks now and I must say your videos are never boring, they are interesting and full of useful information. You and your hubby make a great team you are very lucky. I am very tempted to buy these Tri-Tone coloured pencils, for those of you who don't know I'm British and we spell colour with a u. I loved your little desk vacuum it made me laugh. Out of the list of blending things you used today in the video I think I liked the tissue the best, cheap, nontoxic and wouldn't offend anyone. I love these pencils! I use them in many different ways. I sometimes use them in lines like for hair or grass, it makes it look like you have used a lot of different pencils. I like to use them to color repeating shapes that I want to look alike but slightly different like leaves or flowers and the earthtones pencil I like to use for wood. If I could add another pencil I would do different brown tones since the earthtones is my most used pencil.

I love these pencils. I have even bought a 2nd set for when these are gone. My shortest, and favorite, one is earthtones. I've used it for stone/rocks. A lot. I also like using it for trees and woods. I also have the Crayola tri-tone pencils.

Nail files also work for sanding down blending stumps or sharpening pencils. I use them to remove gritty bits from the 'lead' of mid-range colored pencils, too.

I added gamsol to the ranger empty marker. Don’t have to use stump, easy to take w when traveling.

I bought an empty Copic sketch marker and fill it with Gamsol. Works beautifully.

About the Vaseline, I have breathing issues at night and put small amounts of Vicks vapour rub inside my nose which is based in Vaseline I am also on a sleep apnea machine which blows air and tends to dry out the nose so the Vaseline base helps with that and the Vicks helps clear my nose and helps me to breathe. Iv been doing this for years and have no side effects.

I've never tried colored pencils like this before. I love how they swatched though! Some are very cool looking. I have no clue what colors I would pick to go together. lol Maybe yellow, orange and green. Great testing Jennifer, I have used Vaseline, only once and it is ok, but not my favorite. I enjoy the OMS, but don't use it often either. I just color. lol Very fun and informative video! Hugs, Brenda

I love those pencils I use them all the the time. I like the way they blend. It is a chest pencil I call them. I color for fun. These pencils are very expensive. But I will buy them again and again. I have other brands too event the crayola brand. But these are much fun. I wish they will have more colors I have wore mines out. Ready to buy a new set. How do you like the blender that come with it. Personally I don’t. I prefer the prisma. But I love the pencils. Happy coloring. And thank you for your videos.

Now see with their blender I have that same issue with ALL my blenders always looking dirty I don’t have theirs but have Prisma and derwent and honestly I gotta say I can’t stand dry blenders

Petroleum jelly can clog pores because it fills them and it seals moisture in, but I’ve never heard that it is explosive though.

That blender pencil looks a lot like the branded ones I bought from Dick Blick. Funky colored rather than the clear color of the Prisma CB Pencil.
