So if you're running 3 different compounds like Test, Deca and primobolan for 16 weeks, would you run them at the same time or start with deca for 6-8 weeks then switch to primo?

1:08:12 "they don't use the split" regarding Chinese weightlifters is just inaccurate. There are only a couple of the top Chinese lifters that squat jerk. The rest of their top lifters all split jerk and a couple power jerk.
