Why am I not surprised. Why is it everytime a black person get killed injured or anything their character get attacked. Basically blaming the victim. Yes its his fault that a police officer banged his head on the seat while the other dragged him out on the other side while another one was grabbing his neck then proceed to hold him down on his neck while the other two lean on his back and hold his legs down. And another "officer" not letting anyone near him trying to help. As well as an ambulance coming asking that evil thing to get off Floyd. That thing refused as and had to push that thing off Floyd. Yes its all Floyd fault

I also think that that trash cop is evil. My only thought is why in the hell didn't George Floyd just get in the cop car? It would have prevented everything.... @4kidsnaheadache3 жыл бұрын
@Al Jones I did state that I was speculating. I just think that the way in which Chauvin conducted himself, his apparent lack of concern or regard for the life under his knee. His whole cold calm demeanour to me indicates that he was far to comfortable in his torture and abusing his position of power.
@4kidsnaheadache3 жыл бұрын
@Al Jones I am not left grasping at straws...I think the defence is though 😁 Their witness Mr Brodd was soo biased and evasive in his answering the prosecutions basic questions it was almost laughable. Definitely not what I would consider to be a reliable witness or police officer based of his answers.
@4kidsnaheadache3 жыл бұрын
@Al Jones I never said we should convict him based on his demeanour, however I just stated that it indicated to me that Chauvin was extremly comfortable while torturing Mr Floyd to death. It was torture....it was heartbreaking and torturous to watch never mind being the victim under his knee having his oxygen slowly and painfully depleted. The medical experts with decades of experience in critical care and emergency medicine between them and whom deal with overdose cases probably multiple times daily have all testified that not only did Mr Floyd not show any signs of overdose but also the levels in his system was not significant enough to kill him. The medical examiner also stated this. As Mr Floyd has a history of drug use, he would of built up a tolerance to the drug requiring him to need more to achieve the desired effects and again as he shown no signs whatsoever of overdosing throughout the video. We have also heard evidence that samples taken from people during D.U.I arrested have been significantly higher. People in palliative care or those who struggle with chronic pain also become tolerant to the opioids used and require amounts that would be X amount times fatal to you or I but they don't overdose. So the evidence nor the experts support that theory. As for you restraint part, well I have wrestled with my kids on the floor and if I have been flat on my front with them on my back my breathing has been most definitely compromised. If your so sure that this restraint had nothing to do with it why don't you try it yourself. Get a few friends and try to re-enact the exact positions with weight bearing down on you and see if you could survive even half the time let alone the full time of events. As one of the world's most leading authorities in pulmonology and expert on all things related to breathing and the mechanisms required to be able to perform this seeming basic act Dr Tobin...whom is also a critical care consultant...testified and educated us all into the process that enables us to breath, the factors that would impair our ability to breath and the effects if drug use on our breathing. He concluded that with almost 50yrs experience and expert knowledge, that Mr Floyd showed no signs of overdose and that a healthy individual would of died in the under the same circumstances.

If the defence can call a police officer, who arrested George Floyd 2 years ago, then the prosecution should be able to show all of Derek Chauvin's previous violations against American citizens! It's obvious, this is not the first time Chauvin misused his authority against people!
@marcuslewitzki46103 жыл бұрын
@@sarahshah7932 Obviously, if the prosecutor has any witnesses who can testify to Chauvin's history of misconduct they should call them to the stand. But that doesn't take away from the fact that the reason Floyd found himself handcuffed on the ground with three police officers on top of him was due to a series of amazingly bad decisions made by non other than Floyd himself on that day. First he used a counterfeit bill to buy cigarettes, then he refused to return the cigarettes two times when being offered the chance by the store manager, he then refused to comply when the police showed up and continued by resisting arrest and refused to go inside the cop car, asked to be put on the ground and even though the police did what he asked continued to violently resist. And throughout this he kept saying "I can't breathe", long before Chauvin put his knee across his back to keep him still. It's easy to sit comfortably in front of one's computer and watch a video and pass judgement on police officers who risk their lives every day dealing with difficult situations and the likes of George Floyd and even worse. The potential for danger to them is constantly present, walking into unknown situations on a daily basis. And when you have a mob yelling at you from all around as well it surely doesn't make the task easier. It should be obvious to everyone that Chauvin didn't have any intention to murder George Floyd, he simply tried to do his job and arrest Floyd, which he had every right to do. Floyd's behavior escalated the situation exponentially for every second during his encounter with the police, increasing the potential danger to himself and the police officers. This has to be taken into account when looking at the actions taken by the police in hindsight. Chauvin and his colleagues might have some guilt in Floyd's death and that's up to the court to sort out but the biggest part of the guilt rests on Floyd himself and I for one cannot see the "institutional racism" factor that has been the narrative of the BLM/Antifa terrorists and their mainstream media lackeys ever since.

@marcuslewitzki46103 жыл бұрын
@@RynMayhem No, I am not but you surely see how irrelevant that is at this point, right? Floyd's decisions escalated the situation way beyond the counterfeit bill. He was asked by the store clerk to come back inside and resolve the issue twice and refused, upon which the store called the police to come and investigate/resolve the issue. So even IF the bill wasn't counterfeit Floyd had ample opportunities to resolve the matter before AND after the police arrived. But he didn't, he didn't comply with the police and he resisted arrest. You do know resisting arrest is in itself a criminal offence punishable by up to 1 year in jail? It is possible to be charged, tried and convicted on this charge alone, without any underlying cause for the original decision to arrest OR even if the original arrest was clearly illegal. So resisting arrest is NEVER smart, no matter if you're innocent or not.
