@Firebug71913 жыл бұрын
Its complicated when it comes to first responders. Especially with firefighters. They legally cannot say dead because they dont have MD behind their name. They can only say what they observed. So for instance. If someone falls and breaks their leg. The bone can be sticking out of the skin and they STILL cannot say its a broken leg. They would have to describe it as they see it. If they were to say broken leg they can be hit with malpractice. When a paramedic pronounces someone deceased they aren't even making the call. They have to relay all information over the radio or phone to the ER and a doctor will advise them to pronounce the patient.

Where do these sick demented women come from in emt, police, firefighters cps, teachers come from. I feel the lowering training and testing for women in 70s was a truly big mistake when they are more emotional when monthly , dievorce, death, children, birthing, good or bad relationships , cat caring becomes to involved into their jobs dealing with people and others . Now this firefighters mentioned the off duty firefighter as in their faces every time doing their jobs , delaying their responce to calls and questioning officers about what really happened on sean with floyd who was under the influence of illegal drugs , reason for police responce and reason why floyd was taken to the ground at his request evading officers the whole time telling people to tape it as his own defence for being an asshole , he was under the influanse of drugs just like rodney king in la and he thought he was going to sue police as well but it got him killed and guess what rodney king ended up sueing but also lost it all and ended up in prison for same dam thing . Isaiah 53:5, he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed. For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is. We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man, be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritans. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH. If you believe in this message, help spread it in the name of Jesus Christ so people can get saved the right way. God bless you.

@alaskayoung34133 жыл бұрын
1-your sentence barely makes any sense. 2-fire departments are staffed with emts and paramedics due to the amount of fires that occur this day in age with improved building design and safety equipment. So you used to just get an ambulance if you called 911 and now you get a fire truck with emt fire fighters and a ambulance with paramedics. 3-medics don’t always go to the closest hospital. They go to the “closest appropriate” hospital. This can mean they may pass a closer hospital for another one that can handle that particular case better or they may be going to a different one due to safety concerns or the mob coming to the hospital they assumed they would go to. Or to a hospital that has a secure floor that houses patients that are under arrest. It’s amazing how easy this whit falls apart when you know how things are in real life and not what the news tells you.

We know either outcome is going to have a huge impact on the nation. Who wants that on their shoulders. Those questions could have been straight forward and not leading. It is the attorney's job to manage the witness, not the witness' job to manage the attorney. No other attorney presented such a horrible exam and they did not lead the witness. These professionals that work together in this city are terrified to implicate someone they have to work with. People end up in an "accident" for much less than that. So being a witness is tough.

The police officer in the ambulance should not have been there. Think about it, the officer in the ambulance was there to finish Floyd off. He has no formal training in anything obviously..... so he entered the ambulance to protect his own.......
@alaskayoung34133 жыл бұрын
Omfg you’re are so ignorant! The officer is there bc the patient (George) is under arrest, dead or not. But more importantly he is there to protect the paramedic. It’s policy and procedure in every ambulance in the country for the police to ride in back with any patient that sis a patient potential threat. You know how many times someone violent or a ho was under arrest wakes up and assaults the medic who’s alone in the back. What would stop George from waking up and just jumping out the back door and fleeing if the officer wasn’t there. A paramedic cannot transport someone who has handcuffs without a key being present. A cop can’t just give the medic a key he has to ride with him. There’s so much common sense and standard policy in this case that the general public doesn’t understand. Just like your comment.

It has prongs that extend down to his knee and a cord that extends all the way down (you can see the cord pattern zigzagging down his left leg) and is hidden by Officers Keung and Lane. Lane can be seen hooking it up at the beginning after Taos gives Chauvin his key to the back trunk. These idiots almost blew it by locking themselves out of the squad car temporarily. This is a first degree murder case. Chauvin and his crew had practiced the scenario many times. They first tried it on another arrest that was made on April 7, 2020. That was their first trial run.

It seems in this line of questioning they are working to corroborate other testimony. Show that there was a delay and possible stall in getting the help of the fire fighters who were called to the scene.

Justice quit having anything to do with it long ago. Between the prosecutor allowing public opinion and political pressure rather than the letter of the law dictate which charges he chose and the medical examiner altering his conclusion on cause of death under similar pressure, it's purely a political thing now.

People like possum here are the problem in the US. Many people in the US want a real fascist police state, and are actually upset when they see that the people are forcing the system to change when it no longer serves the people. They call it "public opinion and political pressure". Damn right it is. They want the letter of the law to be followed, as it is written by police unions, which of course will allow the police to publicly execute people they don't like, and allows murderer cops to murder again with their frat buddies. And if you don't like it you must be one of those dirty criminals! It will change.

Friendly reminder that Chauvin did nothing, and that Floyd was a drug addict criminal with a violent history who had 90%+ blocked arteries and lethal levels of fentanyl and meth in his system. But if you want to look at the evidence at all, you must be pro-racist executions. If you want to consider that facts of the case from a non emotional standpoint, you are a nazi. If you think the truth matters and should be investigated, you are a right-wing homophobic racist tranpshobe etc etc etc.

@derhlpratt87743 жыл бұрын
I disagree!! In fact, the prosecuting attorneys are being so meticulous and detailed that everyone listening in court or on televisioncould understand medical terminology, to better understand the physiological restrictions applied the by the police causing the death ot George Floyd. They've made their case clear. You are biased if you can't see that!!!

Thankfully, we have the firemen and the EMT's; Whenever I've seen horrible sh#t come down, you know that they are always there to help.Maybe we will someday get to the place where police have similar attitudes, and illicit similar responses.They need to screen out the people who take those jobs for the wrong reasons, and help or remove those who prove unable to handle the stress and responsibilities.It's not impossible; it just takes the right people doing the screening. Serve and protect,- not judge and punish.

She keeps asking the same questions but worded differently because she is hoping to trip them up. This trial can only go one way is the hope. But I don’t get how you can pay out a family 128 million dollars before a trial and get an honest jury. The guy who was in the car with him won’t even testify, he is the key witness.

128 million.... that actually is close to accurate when you add up $27 million from the city of Minneapolis, the Go Fund Me account for Floyd and the Go Fund Me for Floyd's minor child. Added all together I believe it is close to 100 million dollars.
@SheriPhaffArtPaintBrushed3 жыл бұрын
I don't think she is trying to trip him up. He is a witness for the prosecution which means he is there to support their case. They use tactics to get to the meat of the testimony and repeat key points in different ways. JMHO

Qualified immunity prevents cops from being prosecuted, but the city can still be liable for wrongful death in a civil action. Settling costs less and gives the media nothing to work with. Basically, in nearly any case where a cop is the cause of death a criminal trial yields nothing because of the qualified immunity loophole which really was just creative racist finagllinging that ended up screwing all the white people cops kill too. A monetary settlement is, these days, offered up quickly, and accepted because thats the only recompense they are going 5o get. Families don't go nuts on that money. They either begin foundations in the deceased name or support surviving children. It happens all the time when a criminal conviction cannot be made for whatever reason. It has never impacted a jury outcome because a jury in a criminal case is there to hold the alleged crime up to the law and determine the fit. A jury is never there to decide, and it is never put before them, if the surviving loved ones got enough out of the incident as a whole. That's literally not a thing.
