材料:
小的高麗菜 1顆(*注意盡量去華人超市買 不然的話會很硬的)
煙肉/培根 8條左右
蔥 2根
雞蛋 2個
大阪燒粉 (溫哥華的朋友可以去華人超市買 我是去Assi Market買的)
水 (跟粉大概是一比一的用量 可自行調整)
配料:
柴魚片
海苔碎
大阪燒醬/章魚小丸子醬 (華人超市也有)
美乃滋
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage (*It's recommended to buy from a Chinese supermarket)
Approximately 8 strips of bacon
2 green onions
2 eggs
Osaka-style okonomiyaki flour (For friends in Vancouver, you can buy it from a Chinese supermarket. I bought mine from Assi Market)
Water (approximately 1:1 ratio with the flour, adjust as needed)
Toppings:
Bonito flakes
Crumbled seaweed
Osaka-style okonomiyaki sauce/Takoyaki sauce (Also available at Chinese supermarkets)
Mayonnaise
