Jjst watched the video again. Last time I outlined the who video and made notes. This video has enough tangential information to keep one busy for years. I'd like to ask you a couple questions personally. Like, would you have made this video while you were practicing as a defense attorney, or, would this information, in the hands of your opponent, give detrimental information in terms of operational tactics... I noed this was a leading question, maybe cornering question would be more accurate, and only I could make the connection but, is there such a thing as an offense attorney especially with for instance a district attorney acting under the color of law... I'd also love to see if you are bold enough to explain jury nullification. The difference between jurisdictions in such instances and especially those jurisdictions that float, how to recognize when floating and corner in such instances. I know the courts have ruled in the past about this next question, but could you elaborate on how the courts define The United States and The United States of America? I would love to hear your views in a video titled Umpteen Presumptions of Court. Speaking of possible future videos from your unique perspective, one titled, "minimum contacts" would be amazing. I'd be happy with a short response here, to my questions if a video is asking to much. I know I'm asking possibly controversial questions, but you seem like a man with integrity, who fully understands the dire need for an informed "citizenry " and is capable and over qualified to answer, and my hope is that you will be spiritually compelled to answer/respond to them. To be frank, this video, and possibly your other videos I'm about to go plunder through, should be required before attaining a drivers license... That statement just ilicited another question... is a driver's license w title of nobility, which may be legal but unlawful in the United States of America?

There must be something said about " Hearing it from the Judges mouth " There was a time when this meant everything. Your valuable contributions are a powerful reminder of these times. It is important at this time that we as a people begin in our own investigative way to spot the error(s) in Law and address these breaches in a Lawful manner. It is important to note a recent Supreme Court Ruling where Judges threw up their hands and noted " There are now so many laws, how can we possibly do our job in ruling over them " Which I suggest is in regards to the Lawfare state we now find ourselves in. It has now become difficult to attach the word "Honor" to any person in Law, which at one point marked the Esha lance of an outstanding career, but in this case. Is the objection more so towards the lawyer of the opposing side or the evidence being illegitimately proclaimed by the person being questioned on the stand

In a way it depends on the type of objection…for instance “objection, argumentative” is really directed at the attorney examining a witness. “Objection, hearsay” is really aimed more at the type of “evidence” the attorney is trying to get in.

Thank you for your detailed explainations 😀 I've followed the Karen-Read-trial and wondered why the judge didn't allow to explain the cause of the objections. Is that allowed and normal in Massachusetts or only a personal preference? I thought it was confusing for the jurors, not to know why the prosecution or the defense attorney made an objection. Once someone objects, speculation, is the judge allowed to ask further questions and then rule on the objection? should they answer with overruled or sustained right away without further questions.

When I plaintiff deposed in chief and was testifying documents the defendant objected to my documents but did not say any reasons for his objections. The judge noted 'objection' to every document without any reason and did not admit the documents as exhibits. Now how can I get the documents exhibited to use them as evidence in trial of civil suit?

Regarding the rookie mistake of objecting to every little thing; wording of the objection can help plant a thought in the mind of the jury without making you sound whiny or pedantic. If you say "your honor, I have to object" or use a tone of voice that you've put up with this as long as you can, especially in a line of similar questions, it gives the impression to the jury that you were tolerant but opposing counsel went too far.

Weird a judge would label someone an obstructionist for objecting to what the judge considers to be a minor issue. Would an obstructionist be someone obstructing justice? Isn't that a crime?

I don't think he's labeling, but what he said in the beginning is that what a attorney or judge's opinion is of a defendant has an effect on what an attorney will object to. Now it depends on what state your in how an attorney will defend your case. Some jurisdictions have no money so it's in the court's best interest to find you guilty of the offense to make money

@@Jason-bx1jf If an attorney has been given a letter of rogatory instructing to make specific objections, the attorney is required to do so. A "judge" making a negative opinion of an attorney and calling them an "obstructionist" isn't being fair impartial. Yes, sounds like an "administrative" (commercial) official and not a judicial one.

I dont think so... each case is so unique and different that no 2 cases are the exact same. AI doesn't do well with that. There is way too much background too on cases and it depends ob what country, state, township, county, etc. that you are at. Sure AI can help with these things but I don't think they can replace lawyers all together.
