This is always a terrific show and yes David Hayman is a very fine actor. Some of the scenes were pretty heavy and very graphic. I just hope that no parents are letting their little ones see this. Trial & Retribution is definitely an adult series.

‘Worked pretty well on the last one’! They got it wrong and an innocent man was sentenced to life.
@robinredshanks90964 жыл бұрын
You would be surprised how many innocent people are in jail. I was almost one of them on corrupted police evidence. I am now in Brasil because when I got £500K off the METt they would never leave me alone. I could not drive 5 miles from my house before they stopped me, breath test speeding etc. ALL COPS ARE LIEING BASTARDS! As are most Lawyers.

Innocent?? Who Micheal Dunn? He was guilty, fingerprints, dns pretty much makes him the one
@abigailfreeman7152 жыл бұрын
Don’t read this comment if you don’t want spoiler for season 1 episode 1. Michael Dunn was guilty. It’s just that the doll was not the little girls, and the parents knew they had to burn the real one, as the doll was what would be seen as evidence to convict him. The final moments during the trial, the police found the empty bottle of alcohol he stole from his ex girlfriend. It had his dna and the blood of the child because he used it to abuse her, then he hid it. But the police said the evidence could not be presented, because they were too late finding it. So it showed he was guilty, but the means by which he was convicted was twisted with false evidence. But in the end the guilty man went to prison.

The dual and triple screen display, used once or twice, is a clever technique. Used too much, it's annoying and distracting and confusing. I believe it also represents a dereliction of duty by the cinematographer, whose job it is to direct the viewer's eye to exactly the image that should be seen. With more than one image on the screen, where is one to look?
@OrangeySky114 жыл бұрын
I disagree.
@hackedagain34214 жыл бұрын
Wow ! I always thought this must be what clinched the series and made it so popular. It makes everything less wooden. I don't understand "where does one look" ... Unless you're watching on a massive TV or sit too close to the screen??
@OrangeySky114 жыл бұрын
@@hackedagain3421 judging from his speech pattern, Lloyd would be more comfortable watching Opera or stage productions of Hamlet where ‘one would know where to look, indeed.’ I don’t believe I have ever heard the term ‘dereliction of duty’ used against a cinematographer. Police officers, yes, government officials, yes, doctors, yes ........ but cinematographers? Can you sue them if you don’t like their finished product? 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
@robinredshanks90964 жыл бұрын
Basically, the split screen is a distraction from a crap producer and technical crew, showing their incompetence, and blatant desire to gather more £ssss from the TV company, without regard to destroying a very good story!

Mr WALKER, my father died after a year in an oxygen tent, having smoked cigarettes the way you do. I can still hear him over the phone, pausing, gasping, and then getting out a short phrase before lapsing into wheeze-punctuated silence. More than a year. what a way to die!
@rubytuesday54123 жыл бұрын
Apparently, David Hayman is only a smoker for the show (that make smokes for actors who don't smoke~ no nicotine) I've learnt this recently from watching an interview with him. I'm sorry about your Dad.

Horrifying. I always say someone ALWAYS knows who is the serial killer. The wife, the girlfriends, friends, neighbors, pastor, colleagues, parents, bartenders, snoops - someone! Killers want to be known!; they do it serially to be known. The hammer of the law ought to fall hard on the heads of all those who knew and would not say. Women’s lives even the human lives of prostitutes matter. Murder most foul.
