Good day sir, why for Q5(b) , the answer cannot be pk*1/2 = 27 I dont multiply the whole equation with 2. I make it 1/2 log k so it would be log k* 1/2

Can, your answer is P square root k=27. It's correct. Even tho my answer is same with skema and yours is not, i still think it's okay to do it like you & i think you should get full marks. But i have small advice, usually when eq have fraction always prioritise getting rid of the fraction. That's why this question i multiply whole equation with 2 to get rid of the fraction.
