Good day sir, let's say there is another row in the table for Q40 ( the fifth row where it is definitely exceeding 600kwh since the 4th row already exceed ) so in this case, the service should be calculated separately both 4th and 5th row or (sum 4th and 5th) times with service tax rate ?

In the case u mentioned, we can take the sum of fourth row and fifth row and then multiply the tax percentage. But u can also calculate separately by taking fourth row multiply % and fifth row multiply %, then only u sum them up. You will get the same answer. Because 0.06(x+y) is the same as 0.06x+0.06y. *assuming the percentage is 6%
