the fact that people want to change to a petrol bike after a few months on an electric is not a negative on electric bikes. they've got into the sport in a way that they were comfortable with and they've developed their appetite for the sport. then they want a new bike. that's a positive, not a negative.

Whatever makes people happy and the electric bikes do allow people in.

I can't see the interest in having distinct electric classes. And it's not like in other motor sports where they ride together at the same time on the track, and different bike characteristics matter more during the race. In Trials the only point would be in the final rankings. So well keep it together in Trial, and if you really want just add more rankings at the end (like you would for younger/older/... riders), as long as there is still a common ranking.

Awesome episode guys!! I'd love it if you could talk about enduro guys getting into the sport and what bike, set up they should have and what skills they should focus on first..... All of them that I know buy 300's thinking they're awesome riders, struggle with the 300, and then get out of trials. I almost did the same thing, but picked up a TL125, and that got me interested in trials again.
