We visit the ACU Trial GB press day in preparation for the start of the new British Championship for 2024.
Catching up with a lot of the British Trials industry famed faces from all the classes we decided to get the low down on thoughts and feelings of the riders and how they all thought that the events were going to set the tine for the new year.
As always we get honest views and reviews of what is to come for trials here in the UK and then what would follow around the globe. Or, is this the point where the UK scene may be able to catch up with the likes of Spain?

Just watched the pod cast and then hook wood , really good luck to Barry and Sam , they need all our backing ,l hope to be helping out at hook wood again this year should be a great weekend . This is the premier competition in uk and on any weekend there are thousands of people riding in club trials , please come out and watch the top rides it’s may only be in your area once a year so missing one day riding can’t be that bad . Good luck with all the rounds and good luck to all the observers and organisers.

im 47 and have been into bikes all my life. had many but never a trials bike. i think that might change soon before i get too old

It simply doesn’t, there is only one British Championship

@@TrialTube That's where I think the ACU could make things a bit clearer. When you search through their website for some information you find a fairly clonky looking PDF with some vague club and event details listing six different ACU championships. Other information is very disjointed. The last information I can find about the Ladies' championship for instance is dated 12th March. Maybe something they are planning to work on.
