TRIALPAD VIDEO IMPEACHMENTS - WORKAROUND

I just wrapped up a trial using TrialPad for the first time. Handing everything over to the main Trial Attorney as we were both learning as we go. Later speaking to jurors, there was a perceived fumbling around but easy to learn. Unfortunately I never really got a chance to setup courtroom fully, so Just a projector wired directly to an Elmo with Trialpad via VGA into Elmo worked just fine. Great Video Michael

@@MikeKoGTC we had some former trial testimony, other testimony in the case, and some impeachment docs. I think it could very well be an additional tool on big cases, and a perfect fit for smaller cases

Great video. But where is the video on creating the clips? Handing off to a trial assistant isn’t an option. I don’t mind the “leg work” except for needing instructions on how to do it.

that would be the subject of a very long video on non-linear video editing. you're looking at a tool such as adobe premiere pro or final cut pro. perhaps maybe imovie.
