The fact you are going for reliability instead of just throwing blocks and heads at it is admirable. The only point of making big power is if you are able to do it twice without rebuilding the entire thing. As much as TopFuel is cool just for the heck of it, actually reliable power of such scale is so much cooler. I used to love watching the Diesel Power Tour, but the carnage just seemed like an insane waste of money, especially since, evidently, you can do the same without breaking half the engine in the process. Honestly, get this darn thing to just not break or need maintenance at all, rock fucking solid, because that's what Diesel is supposed to be about!
@Rx7man5 жыл бұрын
The power of top fuelers is on a whole other level though.. 10,000 hp and 7500 ft lbs.. 50 lbs of fuel burnt in 5 seconds. I get your point though.

Again........that is IMPRESSIVE! 8th place after blasting a block like that and an overnight rebuild with parts that were never spec'd to each other, and to absolutely thrash on those parts............man that's just plain awesome. The silver lining though is after 2 hooks on the sled with the truck jumping off the ground and the trans still being 100%! Holy shoot you pretty much have a year to figure out the engine stuff.........cuz that trans build doesn't need a thing!!! Keep up all the videos guys, you've got your stuff on point and more people will want to see the 'dinosaur power' as everyone refers to it because you guys are a contender in that deal after what you went through this year.........they'll show, you built it.......they will come
