I'm coming up on my 50th years as a martial artist and after many years as a student and now many more as a teacher I have always struggled with punching power. I was often envious of students that had a naturally thick powerful punch as I never have. I have utilized several techniques and philosophies to attempt to improve my punching power, such as Kenpo's marriage of gravity, iron palm conditioning, and many others. So when I stumbled across Jesus's punch power videos I was skeptical, and the low price only made me more skeptical but I bit the bullet and tried them anyway. Let me announce here that I am amazed at the improvement of my punch power and now I'm obsessed with doing the workout daily along with the visualizations(which are key)also. Thanks for what you gave me seriously! You now have a serious supporter and hopefully one day training partner. Be well and thanks again.

One is knockouting people by attacking specific areas above the shoulders: training.personaldefenseconcepts.com/offers/00d3fbeb-1bc8-4be3-9e57-c58ab5fcb82b The other is a simple ground-based movement course that may help keeping you in shape and reducing aches and pains: training.personaldefenseconcepts.com/offers/996df332-23ff-4fee-bc9b-0b19f4b6868f I've been told by others the info in those courses is very helpful, so you might like too. I’ve been learning Systema for several months now, and it’s become a passion of mine. Having trained in various disciplines like Muay Thai for years, I find myself drawn to Systema for entirely different reasons

Very good training and teaching methodology. Of course, it's always great to teach something to both experienced and open minded martial artists who friendly come and train. By the way, I like your haircut and beard...mine are similar ahah.. keep up the good work!

Hey Paolo, I agree it's great to share with people such as the ones you describe. And thank you for the compliment on the hair and beard. I, somewhat regretfully, shaved my head so I no longer have the mohawk. The beard is still there. Perhaps I'll regrow the hair. Thanks for watching and commenting. @@JesusRevezzo thank you for this reply, so I hope you let your mohawk regrow ahah. Well, as a Systema instructor-in-training myself, I have noticed (but I could be wrong, of course) that the main difference between master Ryabko and master Vasiliev is the focus on "Inner work", whereas Vasiliev, teaching a more "western" audience, has somehow left this aspect to more experienced practitioners, while Ryabko (both Mihail and Daniil) teachings include a lot more inner work very early in the training curricula. Maybe you could share your knowledge about this particular topic...ok, that's all, keep up the good work!
@JesusRevezzo
@JesusRevezzo 3 жыл бұрын
@@paoloverrone6661 Yes, I believe that is a correct observation. I do feel that Vladimir has touched upon the inner work a great deal more in the last year, during the progression of his online classes. I imagine if we were to spend the majority of our training time with him in Toronto perhaps we would be e posed to the inner work more often. As you mentioned, he teaches a mostly Western clientele and many of them are less open to the ideas of inner work. Nor do they want to take the time to understand and practice it. They want to be good NOW. And that's fine. I believe a person can become very proficient in the external, physical work of Systema within a year. Depending on their dedication to practice.

Hello, if an opponent is not stationary ( like in most real fights) will you be able to have the same penetrating impact with the systema punch? And can you refer me to a video that demonstrates that?
@JesusRevezzo
@JesusRevezzo 3 ай бұрын
A fair question. It's about your timing and strike placement. Just like boxers who train on stationary heavy bags and speed bags, they need to then transition those striking skills into dynamic fight training. I don't have an example video ready to go in my back pocket. Here's something to think about... There is no 'magic' behind the Systema striking there are plenty of systems that teach similar methods. It's more about how you choose to apply your biomechanics and physics to give you the best chance in the environment you find yourself in. I tell people that Systema has 4 core principles that guide it. Those are breathing, relaxation, posture & movement. If you are doing those 4 things and removing them from an opponent or training partner, then in essence you are doing 'Systema' as far as I'm concerned. Hope that helps. If you ever find yourself in the Tampa Bay area of Florida look me up. I currently have a brick and mortar training studio in Dunedin, Fl.
