How do you know when to divide and when to multiply?

divide when converting to a lower currency and multiply when converting to a higher currency. So if 1 euro is 1.2 dollars then 100 euros in dollars is 100×1.2= 120 dollars. This implies 120 dollars is worth 100 euros.

This arbitrage isn't gonna be profitable coz of price fluctuations and exchange fee
