I’ve been told my form is good but after 3 months of practice I still can’t go more than 50 yards before stopping to catch my breath. I’m a good runner and biker. What gives!?
@kongcarl04115 жыл бұрын
SDI Champion Well if you can not swim more than 50 yards without catching your breath and you have an ok stamina then you probably have a bad technique

am I the only one who will side stroke this entire thing? freestyle just takes to much energy from me because my shoulders are huge and tight. I weigh 228 at 6,0 of muscle. any recommendations to improve freestyle?

stop eating cookies, cokes and products with lots of calories. your drop weight faster than cardio.

Her stroke is actually pretty bad tbh. Her catch is badly made and she pulls to the side and not backwards, not sure if this makes sense. That's why that last elbow part is what she really needs to pratice. This is supposed to be constructive, not an insult.

I watched this video last year and I noticed that too. I'd like to think she was there to act the part of a trainee.

You may have noticed that she is being coached. You may have also noticed that, at the end of the video, she pretty much said she's a beginner and hopes to get better for the next season.

Feet sinking quite a bit, is that due to the endless pool?
