BF Dan is the man, hope this gets you headed the right way. I’m f you want to feel like your not the only idiot. I was just getting over 8 days sick and went for a run in the cold, as soon as I finished chills and violently sick for the last 2 days. So there of is another triathlon idiot over reaching😂
