Mr chaudray is a great spokesman for humanity and he and the rest of the fellas are such humble, grateful and honest people! I really love what they do! Never in my craziest dreams did I think I would enjoy watching four friends from Pakistan eating delicious foods. The premise is very basic but their message of gratitude and respect is so much bigger! I love these guys and I watch every day!!! These are 4 very special people and we all learn from them!

My son-in-law's favorite restaurant!!! Every time I visit, we got to Nando's (in Scotland) at least twice. My daughter is a vegetarian - and Nando's has options for her that are just as good as the chicken. And for my two small grandchildren - it is heaven!! So happy you have Nando's there! Sadly, we don't have them in Germany, yet. Makes me sad.

They have something like this at Mexican restaurants. They are chilies stuffed with cheese, battered, deep fried, and served with sauce. They are called chili rellenos. They are really good, but can be a little spicy.

I think those peppers might have been jalapenos. On a scale to 10 for hot I would give them a 4. Warm enough to bring watery eyes and a runny nose but not hot enough to kill the taste of the food you eat it with. Overall it is my favorite pepper. If you roast it that number goes to a 6. It is just my opinion. I am glad you had a good time and I am sure the cameraman had a go at that good food, too.

I don't know what they're serving him but those are not peri -peri peppers. Peri-peri's are 1 to 2 inches long at max. Also they are red when ripe.
