I'm Pakistani and I live in Mexico. The first time I tried birria, it reminded me of a Pakistani dish called "nihari." Sooo good! I learned how to make it and cook it once in a while when I set time aside. Mexican food is quite similar to Pakistani food in regards to taste/spices.

@@jasmoni0422 My god the times I have to explain this to people. Americanized tacos are gross. I used to have to do two kinds of tacos with an ex girlfriend of mine. Or just wrap it in a barely warm, dry flour tortilla with no salsa. Just blech all around. It's like she didn't want to eat a better taco..

Every time someone watches their video’s, I see comments like yours, “If everyone had this attitude, this world would be a better place”! They’re just eating food they never had before and liking the flavors, how is that going to help the world be a better place? I guess you haven’t been outside enough to traveled much or did anything to help people be happy, but there are people around the world who appreciate and are thankful and grateful for receiving a lot they might not have. People still do smile and laugh every single day, love and care for other people in need or not. People sing and dance out or happiness. I’ve met totally strangers when I’ve traveled and shared a meal or just inviting each other to sit at their table and get to know each other. It’s sad that people, I’m going to guess you’re under 30 and think the world is crap. It really isn’t and I blame social media for always posting negative news, and people hating each other with hateful comments towards each other and they never met. The world also has amazing and beautiful places to see, the people from around the world are awesome people, don’t let the news media and social media fool you. If you want the world to be a better place, do something about it. Some people who watches videos like this one says the same thing…”If only people were like them, the world would be a better place”… Umm no because it already is. It’s sad that everyone under 30 doesn’t think so. But you can go out there even in your own community and start to make the world a better place. Give, donate, volunteer, fix, smile and say hi, even that can make someones day, open the door for someone or hold the door open for someone. Do something that will make people smile ear to ear, jump for joy, laugh with happiness and want to shake your hand or even give you a big hug.. too many people are all talk and no action. 🤦🏻♀️

I was talking to some friends and they broke down that if you trace a lot of Mexican dishes back to the olds days they are very similar to those from the middle east and Mediterranean. Pretty dope when you fall down that rabbit hole. Oh and if I must say whoever is cooking these dishes there makes them look amazing. Should definitely drop the recipes or make videos preparing them

It's because of their similar developmental histories. Large animals require steel blades for butchering...and more fuel for cooking...also...if you don't have silverware you eat with your hands...lots of cultures use flat breads as forks and spoons... because they didn't have forks and spoons. Likewise, how do you make bland vegetables more enjoyable to eat? LOTS of spices ...
