Sir, not all of Morocco is desert, only the southern part, below the Atlas mountains. Morocco in fact has a very nice Mediterranean climate. Morocco also has snow in winter, waterfalls and so on. In majority not desert. This stereotype of desert only exist in Hollywood. Further i really enjoyed this video, but the food..it does not really look like Moroccan food, the tea pot & the glasses also not Moroccan. Is it possible that someone of your team made it? Either way, you are very much welcome to come and visit Morocco. You will be amazed.
@user-wr9ej6xe4j

Apparently that stereotype exists in more than just Hollywood because the producers did their bare minimum low quality research as usual, and they claimed it was all desert. This channel never does any real research on anything. Not food or anything

In my opinion, Moroccan cuisine is the best in North Africa. I’m sure you did your best to recreate these dishes, even though they don’t look very authentic. That being said, a lot of the well known Moroccan dishes need special ingredients, skill and time. It takes me half a day to prepare Pastilla (including braising the doves/chicken). It’s delicious and definitely doesn't look or taste like pizza. 😅

By the way, can I ask you from where the name / term "Tanjia" "Tanjra" and "Tajin" came from?

Yeah, that shit was garbage. Even the pastila looked weird and unappetizing. Also Atay is never not sweet enough and doesn't have rose in it. It's sugar, spearmint and gun powder green tea. That's it.
