Please let Sister Ruquiya know that here in the West, we put all types of yummy ingredients in our omelettes! One of my favorite fillings is a combination of fried potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and one or more breakfast meats (bacon, ham or sausage - your chef could use the non-pork versions of those meats) and of course cheese. My go-to is cheddar cheese. This combination of fillings is generally called a "farmer's omelette" in American restaurants. You'll see omelettes served here for breakfast, lunch and dinner because they're easy to prepare, pretty inexpensive and a great way to use up some of your leftovers or small amounts of veggies and meats that you've got hanging around in the fridge and pantry. They can be served with toast, biscuits, rolls and/or a green (tossed) salad on the side or just served on their own to provide an easy meal on a budget... depending on the cost and availability of the ingredients. I bet Ruquiya's family would enjoy them as a quick meal on extra busy days, when she might not have time to put a big dinner together! And just like the paratha she mentioned, she could use curry from the night before. Its always fun to hear all of Dr. Tahir's health tips about eggs and spinach. 😂 He's right more often than not! @@juliehall2893 I know, right? Who knew that spinach was a great lion repellent? 😂😁 He always cracks himself up, too. I think they even did a video (a while back), where viewers sent in "health" related questions that they wanted him to give his "professional advice" about. 😂 It might have been a Patreon video that was put out to the general viewing audience, some time after the members saw it. I'll have to look for it one of these days when I have time.

I would love to see these people try a Greek Omelette, Thank you for the entertainment. (A Greek Omelette is a classic omelet cooked in olive oil and filled with the most classic Greek ingredients, including feta cheese, tomatoes, basil, olives, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and sausage.)

It's yummy. Just like someone said that they use their leftover veggies for an omelette the next morning, my mum used any leftover Palak Gosht (Spinach and Beef) to make parathas for our breakfast or even as a snack with evening tea. I can eat it every single day 🤤🤤 Watch a few videos on how to make Palak Gosht, get some frozen parathas, put a layer of spinach and some shredded beef, cover it up with another paratha, press the edges and fry on a pan with 2,3 table spoons of oil 😄

Ms. We use different ingredients for different omelets, for example, a cheese omelet or a tex -mex omelet has tomato, onion, peppers cheese, and side of salsa. Really, if you can imagine it, you can probably put it in your omelet. My favorite is mushroom cheese bacon and peppers. I hope you will create an omelet with your favorite ingredients ❤

That’s how you make a comeback. In America we have a saying when you get knocked down or have a failure of some type: ‘When you fall off the horse, get up, brush yourself off, and get back on the horse again’. Excellent video. When you brown the omelette like that, it is called a Country Omlette. This Spinach Omlette was a big Home Run with everyone. Try making them a Greek Omlette sometime: Eggs, Basil, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese and Sundried Tomatoes. Very tasty!

To answer your question (sorry, I don't know your name) spinach omelets usually ARE made with onions, peppers and white cheese (like swiss) and sometimes tomatoes and mushrooms too.
