Depends on age too. My mom's only 64, but grew up dirt poor in rural southern Missouri. Her parents worked the fields and maintained a small garden for their own use and for trading. My grandpa hunted, fished, and trapped to survive. They also kept chickens and a goat for milk. They did have electricity, but lived in a 2 room shack without running water. And I mean 2 rooms, not 2 bedrooms plus kitchen, living, etc. It was a front room with a wood stove in the corner and the kids slept in the front room while the parents had the back room, which was just divided by a large quilt draped over wooden beams. When she was 12 they moved to North Carolina so my grandpa could attend seminary school, and their lives greatly improved but they were never living better than lower middle class. They never had a microwave, either 😂 I'm 34 so I wouldn't say I'm "old" and as far as I can remember microwaves have been common in all homes. But not my mom's parents. My granny reheated everything in the oven or on the stove. It's better sometimes, but it always takes longer 😂 My dad has told me microwaves became common around the 80s in America. But some people had them before that, of course.

They should of course experience new things, but I'd hate for it to change them, they deserve the same as us.. but I don't want to see their lives taken over by technology too.. You guys are superb! Try is for free.. Methoob, you are such a sweet gentleman. I think you are lovely & that smile is beautiful, don't you go getting a big head now.. 😀 You are all sweethearts.. And I love watching your cultural videos.. I'd LOVE to come to your village to see how life is, and to break bread with you all. It'd be amazing. I think your food would be stunning. Invite & table for one please.. Try is for free ! 😉 Much love to you all from Scotland ♡ ♡ ♡ 🏴 🏴 🏴

I'm sure others have mentioned this in recent videos but I really enjoy seeing the interviewees paired up together. They have great chemistry with each other and seeing them try and experience new things together makes it even more fun to watch

I watch these videos and enjoy all of them reacting to the experience. I’ve come to realize that without trying new things my brain and bones become weak. Using a microwave instead of learning to cook so that I can have more time to use on my phone lol

I LOVE the dignity that these people have in trying something new. They may be a bit skeptical but are still willing to give it a try. They express their pros and cons of the whole experience. It’s refreshing to watch them learn something new!

It's a good thing....microwave's use should be as limited as possible it's harmful for health better use it to warm food only and that too for 1 min max
