I know Rana Nadeem and the others didn't put much syrup on the pancakes since he was eating the whole stack in his hands like a burger. We Americans drown our pancakes in syrup and eat them hot with a tab of butter melting on the top or between the layers. It is a great pleasure and I'm delighted to see them get to experience this. It's also best to eat them with a knife and fork so that you don't get the syrup and butter all over yourself.

I've been binge-watching these guys for the past few days, and enjoying them immensely. But my heart hurts every time they declare the Western food "so fresh!' or "so healthy!" Aghhhhh! Their own food is absolutely fresher and MUCH more healthy! And I am sad that they might not realize that. The episode where they guessed the ages of Hollywood celebrities, and were amazed that they looked so young, and then attributed it to the healthy diet had me screaming at the screen.

Oh no!! Most pancakes are very dry by themselves. You must always use syrup or a lot of butter. Sometimes I like mine with peanut butter & bananas or jelly ❤❤❤❤

Putting any kind of butter (dairy butter, apple butter, peanut butter, almond butter, soynut butter, etc) makes for a great topping. Any fruit or jelly/jam/compote also is amazing. But mix the butter of choice with fruit or jelly/jam/compote of choice...and then drizzle on honey or syrup...oh my.

In the UK and rest of Europe we make them thin but the size of a frying pan, i like ones with lemon and sugar, or you spread nutella on it then fold it into a triangle, those are very good to. I prefer those to the US ones which we also make these days, both are good though.

Well not the case here in the east, spoon are the common tools, fork normally for eating noodles. Other stuff like rice, we used spoon. People that don't used spoon will used chopsticks. People do not used fork when eating rice. I feel this is a one of the different culture between West and East

Culture difference. Fork and knife are common in Western world, not in Asia, especially in small village like theirs

@@jerryhansen5116 It’s better to keep them comfortable by introducing them to one culture at a time instead of insisting them to use a different way out of their comfort zone. Eating pancakes is already a brand new thing for them. I am sure many Westerners have a hard time eating with their right hand or using chopsticks for the first time. These villagers aren’t used to eat with forks. Take it easy.

I really like when Chaudhary tries to speak english! It cracks me up... Also love all their pronunciations "Penn Keek? Panny Keek? Pine Caayk?" Then Chaudhary tries it and loves it and starts rolling off in his language but finishes with "VERY GOOD!" LOL.... They have "complete" pancake mix that all you need is water to make. This would such a great product to ship over there! It takes a long time to eat a whole box. Not to mention that it doesn't take much to fill you up! And syrup.. I've heard that it'll survive an apocalypse! I sure wish that I could afford to send a case of both.. Fatten up with whole village with pancakes and syrup!
