I recently bought this bike. I rode it for a few days, but the gears won't shift properly. I firmly activate the gear shifters, but it doesn't shift. Any idea why? From the research I've done so far, it looks like a rear derailleur issue but I'm not sure.

When u shift is gear wire is getting activated or not. If not check in near shifter liver. If yes then tight wire. Or finally call customer care they solve your problem.

If u choose s it will too high aggressive position. If u choose L it is better as u get relax position. If you buy online plz buy L size. If you buy at store check which i say is right or wrong. I also buy s as hights chart says. But its too aggressive position for mi. Finally suggested L size for U

This is 2021 new model with disk break. And only in white colour. Grey colour in old model which is discontinued.

Weight 11.25 + kg. Two tyres with quick release option can be stolen you should lock both tyres with frame to fix place or put cycle in home at night. Seat post is not removable need 5mm L key. Thats it. Best cycle in this price go for it

I also think its more priced. But same type cycles of other brand very expensive so its very best than other. Its decathlon same price for all customers and also best service provided by them. I am also beginner. This cycle has all things that you want in cycle

Shimano claris would have justifed its price but god know what gearset triban is giving. Anyway frame of rc 120 and rc 100 is same.

Just one thing is bad with 120 is tyre its very hard to remove if pumcher. Please buy steel tyre opner from local market. I got it jut for 30 rupee. See next video already uploaded.
