She's Harmony, not erudition. She does seem to kinda play like one though, kinda like how Lingsha is an abundance but has tons of AoE like an erudition. She'll still be really good for The Herta most likely, but won't get the additional stacks.

@assasin908 leaks have been a bit all over the place, but from what i know she gives res-pen and Def ignore, and a counter barrier to allies, so whenever an enemy attacks they get damage, same as the quake effect in simulated ( like i said, not sure about those parts cause kit leaks have been vague and all over the place), and for what's confirmed, it's that whenever a teammate uses an ultimate she uses a follow-up attack, which is why she's BiS support for Herta, she can help out a lot in charging up Herta's ultimate since she has AoE ultimate and AoE follow-up attack, and Herta doesn't need much attack buffs since she already buffs her own attack by 80%, so Robin's attack buff won't give a lot of extra damage to her
