Two very important things: 1. Don’t listen to solos. They claim to love just 1 member, yet victimize him and actually hate him. They wish to control their chosen member to 100% and twist whatever he says to fit their narrative. Solos are antis (haters). They will always find something to hate on. 2. Do not listen to shippers. There are very delusional ’fans’ out there who think that two men can’t show affection towards e/o without it being s3xual. They will analyze a 3 second video till it fits their delusion & they often are hell bend on hating a member who “interferes” with their ship or hate on the company for forcing their ship to “hide”. I introduction to x member, ) They are often made by solo stans (antis) some of these videos sometimes paint a picture that the member is being mistreated by company and his team and that is not tru. These videos victimize the members too - paint them as ppl who are being 'oppressed', paints them as ppl who have no anotomy/cant stand their own , paints them as people who are being abused and mistreated (this is all to feed their savior complexes)

Don’t even bother addressing solos. You can’t say ANYTHING to them that will please them or placate them. You could literally go along with their every wish and demand and it wouldn’t be enough. They can’t not complain. The world of a solo is inherently twisted. The truth is, is that they themselves don’t even like the member they stan. They almost see them as an easy target, or someone who possesses the things they wish they had, whether it be looks or success, anything. See, they have an internal war going on. They use this member as a self insert (you’ll never see them talk about anything other than numbers, achievements and things they can use to one-up others, unless they’re making up a victimisation narrative) but whether they realise it or admit it, they also HATE the member for having the things they so desperately crave for themselves in their own lives. They want to be them, but they also despise them because they’re jealous. It’s crazy, because as mentioned above, you’ll never actually see them talking about the love they have for the member they stan. You’d never see them talking about how their member makes them feel, or how finding them or their music impacted their lives (you see armys talking about this stuff constantly)… and it’s because, truly, that member doesn’t even really exist to them. They’re just a vessel for them to have the control they lack in their own real lives. The members achievements are their own in their mind, they make up lies and victimising narratives because they want this member to be wronged and stamped down like they are in their lives. They wanna bring that member that they recognise as so much better than themselves, to their level. But they also wanna use them to feel better about themselves so they big up their achievements in front of others. Especially other solos. It’s cruel and it’s essentially them just wanting a dick measuring contest using someone else’s achievements, whilst deep down actually hating their ‘fave’ for having those achievements when they don’t. You can tell all of this is true, simply from the fact that they do not listen to a word their so called ‘fave’ even says. In fact, I’m pretty certain at this point that at least a portion of them don’t actually consume any content first hand and they just get already twisted and nitpicked info from within their echo chambers. They constantly talk about the other members and the company being evil masterminds who maliciously control and actively sabotage their ‘fave’, even when it’s completely nonsensical for the company to sabotage one of their biggest moneymakers and even when the members constantly talk about how much they love each other. They also have an obsession with the phrase ‘OT6’. They run around calling all armys OT6. Now that you’re not joining their little cult, they’ll call you OT6. Firstly, Its all extremely ironic considering they’re OT1. And secondly, literally every members solo stans say that… so if we go by that logic, armys hate all of them and stan none of them…… 🥲 Anyway, bottom line. Don’t take solos seriously. They may be nasty about the 6 members they don’t stan. But they despise the member they do stan the most. Just remember that every time you come across them. You don’t need to take them seriously, because they themselves hate the member they’re preaching to you about 🤷‍♀️

exactly. One of the best parts of becoming a fan is winding your own way through all the content. It's so interesting to see what other people's pipeline through BTS is compared to your own. For me it was Dynamite, then Boy with Luv, and then Idol on Jimmy Fallon (pandemic version). Anything that was released before that you need to look up fan sub accounts. The one I would use the most back in the day was “bangtan subs”. Just look up the title of the video and “Eng sub” and you will easily find a video with subtitles.

You could've just reacted to some popular BTS songs and then never touch their stuff again which would be fine, most reactors do that, but they only slightly scratch the tip of the iceberg and it's not very satifiying to watch different people react to the same popular songs over and over. okay so i never really comment (should prolly start doing so tbh) but i just couldn't skip it today. i watch ur videos since the beginning of ur journey w bts when u reacted to 'on the street' purely cuz u knew jcole and then fell in love w hobi and everything regarding him and bts. bcuz of that i can say w all words and w certainty that u r so genuine in the things u say and do, and not only that but u try to improve and show better content constantly not cuz ppl r asking for it but bcuz u want to, just like u want to and love to react to a lot of videos from bts and the members, sometimes videos that r deeply hidden or forgotten (if not for the armys knowing bout them). u go to such an extent to find old covers and videos and thats so amazing really, most reactors would never give themselves the work of doing that even if someone else helps them. i just love ur videos so much and ur definitely like my fav reactor, watching u having so much fun and on top of that taking every word and content seriously, talking bout it and giving ur inside view. its just utterly endearing how u clearly enjoy doing what ur doing and how u mean what u say, way more cuz when u do so i just have so much fun WITH u, i mean- ive been literally playing rock paper scissors w u every time u suggest it (btw i won a lot of times just so u know loll) and laughing loud as hell cuz sometimes ur so silly and thats great!! ur silly and fun but when its asked for, u take things sm to the heart and seriously, like when u take ur time to write notes bout the albums so u can give ur opinion and thoughts bout everything that was said, not only that but u too speak thing from ur perspective and that fr help me and im sure help others to view things outside our closened perspective. i just appreciate ur videos and hard work A LOT, ppl that r disregarding what u do r just being unfair, way more when u ur taking WEEKS just to know the members properly before actually getting into bts as seven. anyways, thank u so much for everything u do and ur hard work, i appreciate u a lot and need to say ur doing great, doesnt matter what some ppl that r never satisfied say. im super happy to be part of the tribe and never once did i regret it, thanks for just being urself and making my days better. love you!!

I'm with you on improving oneself, I'm at an age when people supposed to have a stable life but I know there is still room for growth. I don't think we will ever stop growing and improving if we want to. What's important is acknowledging it and that we take do at our own pace. Some will have it easier, some harder, but that's okay just take it one step at a time one day at a time.

Yeah glad you addressed this. Solos are antis. I'm glad you can differentiate and understand where they're coming from and know that not all fans are like that. You're doing a great job for all the members. Maybe the only thing I would suggest is no matter which member you're doing, and especially for the ones who don't have albums out yet - go through their original songs first and then do covers and compilations and other secondary and tertiary content. I think it will help you and us

Awesome that u spoke your piece Loui! Perhaps one suggestion is to pin a comment of any new changes to ur approach or things people may not know (certain things on patreon) so there would be less of these repeated questions & weird solos who jump to conclusions lol! And as for the solo stans, it's easy to identify them when they make very toxic angry and accusatory remarks related to the artist they claim to stan and their attitude towards the artist is also ironically rather disrespectful... am afraid it's a lost cause there with them 😪

Damn, I haven't watched the video yet, but just looking at the title... Yeah, it's unfortunate, but there are definitely a lot of solos in this fandom. For all members. Maknae line solos are the loudest, but with BTS in their solo era, all of them have become so much more obnoxious. All I can say is try your best not to listen to them. They will bend over backwards to victimize the member they solo stan, and twist words & situations to fit their "everyone hates my fav" narrative. They've been like this for as long as I can remember (I've been an army since 2014). Anyway, I'll be enjoying this JK video later when I get the chance to watch it!

Fun fact! The 'whale' in the Dreamers MV is not a whale but a shark. (specifically a whale shark haha). Shark tails are vertical pointing up n move left/right but whale tails are horizontal n move up/down. The whale shark is actually significant to Qatar (the host nation of world cup 2022) as many are found near its shores. Also ties into Qatar's history of sailing as an industry (hence the scenes of Qatari sailors dancing on the ships) and the pearls reference Qatar's pearl-diving/fishing history. The 'Ala Ho La Dan' in the song is a phrase usually sung by sailors to encourage each other while out at sea. Also, falcons are important animals in Qatar -- hence that shot of the falcon swooping down above the ships in the music video!
