Tribit is much more powerful speaker. jbl is like 5 W vs 12W of the tribit. tribit also wins in sound in 360 sound vs small and direct sound. tribit bass is stronger. the only point that the jbl wins is maybe high frequency resolution but over all tribit is better, for my opinion. i didnt directly compare it but i did hear both at the same day and this is my impression.

Storm box is 360 degrees speaker with nice bass, mids are laid back closed sound. Xsound go have better highs and it's for direct listening the mids are more pronounced more open sound. Both good I prefer the storm box mini but it's really a matter of taste.

Yes you can find it in my lastest video. The app work but the EQ doesn't. However for 30$ this a great speaker you can pay 60$ and get the micro 2 with less Bass and less Power but better Resolution.

@@iTestVlog It would explain why there are no options on the app for this speaker. As for the Stormbox Mini itself, I’m not putting it down. I just purchased it off Amazon because I was looking for one. It has everything I’m looking for including Aux port. By the way, good review.

It does but I'm not sure I getting enough change in the Equalizer. I will make a video about it in a day or two.

This just isn't a good speaker in any area and 12w total just isn't powerful enough for two drivers. . And the Tribit app does recognize the speaker, but you have no control over any functions of it in the app. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Tribit really dropped the ball with this speaker

@@edewar6004 Yes I do in year what this speaker worth , if I take just the last 3 years my expenses on this channel was x10 then what i got from it. I don't do video at all on bad products .you don't know me, so infact I get 1$ for 1 speaker a month from AliExpress. so i don't lie about this speaker for 1$ when i paid for it 35 € and leave it and not selling it because it so bad. I am honest so i tell if there is a promotion even if I get 1 cent out of it. I understand that you don't trust people - that ok. But did you hear this speaker? Or you just assume that I'm making a living with my micro size channel? Can you compare it to other 30$ speaker? I guess you get really bad quality in this price.

It's not supposed to support the app. I tried to use external Equalizer but the DSP step in so it not working as I wanted to.

I have Just tried the app it's identifying the speaker and the firmware version. But battery indicator is 0% And the Equalizer is showing And I can change it. But it has little effect on the sound. I had to change it a few times to even notice that it's working.

How does it compare to Tribit Micro 2?

More base more spectical sound. Fill a medium size room with sound someting that other speakers in this size can't. However it doesn't have the resolution of the micro and it's round so it's less convenient to carry. Tribit StormBox micro 2 - more audiophile music personal listening. Tribit StormBox Mini - Party speaker better at everyday music, better bass And for a several people to listen at once. If u ask my personal opinion I really can't decide because I love everyday music and also audiophile I guess I'll buy the micro as well.
