I found this video about 10 months ago.. i needed motivation in my life..to really start, i was diagnosed with High blood pressure, i was working in a chair 12hrs a day eating horribly... just, unhappy. Well, im almost 80lbs lighter, working out 4-6 days a week. Im now building muscle instead of trying to lose weight. I am the strongest i have been in almost 15 years...
