Oh wait is the lady speaking the actual channel lady? I’m so sorry I thought this was someone just posting you! Thank you so much this is a fab channel I just stumbled across you! New subscriber! I’m also of the belief that for best hair health we REALLY need to focus on what is going on inside of our body first and foremost - so many factors come into play as you say…. Would love to hear you speak about things like washing with egg yolk, about natural things like flax seed gel, like ACV and grass oil clay etc etc…. Many people looking for info on that. Protective hair styles, silk pillows, night caps, not using heat etc At age 52 (tomorrow 😂) I’m now focusing on getting my natural curls flourishing like they should. Our hair should be our crowning glory and if we are not thriving on the inside we cannot get our crowning glory to look it’s best - also crown chakra - aligned with our highest path etc - NOT being stressed by not being aligned (with people, places, things, jobs etc) is so vital to our best health too. So toxins in the form of energetic toxins and traumas. Hence why things happening 100 days ago are affecting us - trauma/toxic situations….. affect our whole well being.

A friend of mine - his niece had total alopecia from age 6 to age 19 and the doctors had tried everything to help her. Nothing helped Tim uncle bought a product from me which is high quality fulvic and humic acid and she put it in her bath every second day and made sure her head got covered in it - and her hair returned. She now has a full head of hair - really thick hair too. So I don’t agree with the nothing can be done after 5 years of alopecia. But this was interesting.

I’m so glad she spoke highly of red meat - I’m a carnivore 😂

Correction I am so glad you spoke so highly of red meat. It’s been demonised and this demonisation is thankfully also being turned around. ❤
