I'm grateful every day for having run into your channel a year and a half ago when the worst physical and emotional experience of my life began as I turned 51. You've given me hope and a new love and respect for my body and belief in what I can do, every day, to make even small, incremental progress that adds up in the long term. Thanks for being there and for helping me believe and not give up.

Removing inflammatory foods was the best thing I ever did for my joints, meat dairy and grains specifically, as well as adding turmeric to everything. Exercises ready help as well just as you say. Thanks for all the content, really appreciated 👍

Thank you very much Will. During a prolonged period of grieving, for eight departed loved ones, I grew despondent and entered into an emotional coma of sorts, during which time I did nothing but eat and sleep. It was very bad, the end result was I gained fifty or sixty kilo's and my body atrophied. I'm now 66. I am obese, and have all manner of arthritic pain, including arthrosis and tendonitis. At 5'6'' I carry around 120 kilos and my joints suffer a great deal. Channels like yours help elderly people like me find a path back from our depression, and give us hope that we can get control of our lives and return ourselves to a place of harmony with our bodies. Thanks for what you're doing. Wishing you and yours peace and prosperity in 2025! All the best!

Once again, Will is 100% right. All these exercises are important, and the knee extension mobilization is almost like magic--you can see the difference right away in how far your knee goes down. It may be hard to make a commitment to doing these exercises (and keep moving) consistently, but the rewards are definitely worth the effort. Thanks so much, Will, for reinforcing these ways to deal with arthritis.

These are wonderful exercises. I don’t have a problem yet, but I’m going to do these exercises. I have a friend who is bedridden from laying there 22 hours a day. I’m going to talk to her about doing this with her physical therapist.

Will, could you please do another one of these for back arthritis? My mom has very bad arthritis in her spine, this caused pain, she doesn’t want to do anything, she sits all the time, and has become very weak. Her walking is terrible. She’s in PT, but her physio isn’t really doing anything to get function back, just maintaining this terrible new normal. Thanks in advance!

I agree with the principle, it's when every movement is unbearable that a physically fit physio does them that it gets frustrating.

Morning Will, another great video. I will start doing the exercises to see if they help. Is this the first video in a series on arthritis? For those of us who need all the help we can get.😂 Cheers.

I've seen other physical therapists that recommend strengthen the glutes, as opposed to the Quads, as the best way to alleviate pain in the knee joint. They are saying that strengthening the quads causes an imbalance while putting too much pressure on the knee joint. Your thoughts...

The ONE thing that got rid of all my aches and pains at the age of 72 was to go on a carnivore diet. By going on a carnivore diet, which is essentially an ELIMINATION diet, I essentially eliminated all processed foods containing sugar in all it's forms, industrial seed oils, and the additives that included dyes, gums, emulsifiers, and modification of various food stuff. It's what you put in your mouth that's causing the damage to your joints, tendons, ligaments, and organs. Movement is also very important, but the most important thing being the elimination of ALL processed foods. Try it for a week or two and see what happens. What else have you got to lose, besides the pain and limitation in your joints?

@@R.D.Burman You're very welcome! I'm aware of many thousands of people who went on a carnivore diet and essentially cured themselves of many health issues along with losing a lot of fat while maintaining their muscle mass. It's a hell of a lot better than going on those weight loss drugs which are very expensive and need to be taken for life. I'd rather spend my money on eating beef, butter, bacon, and eggs than going on those drugs!

Another fantastic video! Will, do you have exercises for CMC (thumb) arthritis? This is what I have developed and I would love to have some of your suggestions, especially strength thinning other muscles of the arm or hand to alleviate the problem of CMC. Thank you!

I have found that it helps to create a schedule of alternating exercises, so if I only had 30 minutes per day, I would mix up the exercises and do a different set each time. Everything helps. Doing nothing is deadly.
