thank you, your videos are so clear and great. i can see some yellow scales/crusts with hemorragic sign= decalvant folliculitis with epidermal hyperplasia? Are the same histologic features as aseptic folliculitis?

Thank you! The image shows amicrobial pustulosis - not uncommon in lupus. In folliculitis decalvans there are usually hair tufts, but you are right in an area without tufts it may be challenging.
