Your phone's csc (country, region related stuff) should be INS (india). To do that use odin software on your pc to instal INS firmware on your device.. (make sure to flash the firmware that matches with your phone's model number).. Note that this process will wipe all your data so take a backup also no one is responsible if you do any mistake and brick your phone's software.. (it's always software related breaks tho)

Tried in a21s... although s secure in available in this device but after setting pin or password s secure app can be easy deleted making the locked apps to be unlocked easily. So needed a better option even i found app lock in settings but was unable to use.. thank you 😊
