I assume that for the dnite going for extreme speed,(don't quote me on this i'm not sure) if AI sees kill with multiple moves it always goes for priority is my assumption.

They change name to weird stream beceause the CFRU engine which is used by Red forces you to use moves whose characters are less than 12 so they shortned it It would have been fine but if you want to edit pokemon moveset later in a rom hack they need to be short then 12character as not tool support more than 12 characters
