Been watching since my teen years, it’s honestly dope as heck to see Chizzy out here putting up content. He was 100% my favorite content creator back in the day and he is now in the young adult years. Every time he puts up a vid it brings so much nostalgia and gratitude. seems interesting :D on an unrelated note, have you played Pokemon Unbound yet? Im watching your RR hardcore playthrough right now and thought you would have a great time playing Unbound on Insane difficulty. You said so many times that "radical red AI feels like it cheats" or that "it does cheat" but you have to have not played Unbound by that time because that AI actually cheats on Insane. Highly recommend it and would love to see content of that sometime. :) Its incredibly hard to monotype as well on Insane which is pretty fun. But yeah... many losses incoming and it will become horribly frustrating for sure but when you do win it feels really good. It is many times harder than RR for sure and even RR hardcore mode (watched only till silph co. so far) is much easier.

I have played Unbound on stream before and it just wasn’t for me. Not the difficulty factor but I just didn’t enjoy it

I watched both the twitch streams. You were so frustrated there. Btw seeing you I completed the radical red on randomised mode and then picked the first six different Pokemon I get from six different route and then defeat the elite four. Though the hacks at times man..

Radical Red has a "no grinding" mode which removes all EVs and gives everything perfect IVs, so stats are only affected by a pokemon's level and nature. Natures can be changed at the Pokecenter and there's an NPC in Lavender Town who lets you battle Audino for easy exp.

Save stating is simply a faster alternative to resetting. RR made it so save stating doesn’t change damage rolls / secondary effects etc. that you wouldve gotten so it can’t be abused.
