Little update! I've been training all year even with this crazy virus. I plan to make a 3 year progression video in a month or so with lots of improvements and new tricks!

@@philipp5917 sorry for the late reply! I take classes now once a week but as of right now I really just train when I feel like it. If you want to improve never make an excuse for training and just go out and trick!

Hey Omega, I've just seen your video and it's so inspirational that I wanna start tricking this summer. I've never done anything of flips or whatever. What do you recommend me to start with? I wont be able to do it in a gym, just in a beach. Thanks so much and congrats from Spain
@emersonxyz3 жыл бұрын
I definitely would recommend the basics like cartwheel, forward roll, dive roll, - these will welp you start to get the feeling of moving your body around if you've never done that before. I started with front flips just cause I had done a lot off of the diving board and felt comfortable doing so. Once I had front flip I was able to combine it with my cartwheel into a cart front. You really just gotta have fun throwing your body around and being okay with falling down a lot. Once you land your first trick you'll get addicted and will want to learn more. There's lots of videos out there. Learn how to B-Kick before you B-Twist, learn how to front-roll before you front-flip. Good luck man!

youve got balls. you were doing combos so early. i cant do anything after my roundoff backflip lol.

I wish I was just as talented, it took me 1 and a half years just to even get through the fear barrier of a roundoff backflip. Now Ive been flipping for over 2 years and I had 2 attempts of a roundoff full so far and didn't land them and got injured.
