Tricks and Tips for Cooking Pork Belly! Make a fantastic dinner out of pork belly
Cheap and delicious! I've been making this pork belly recipe for years! In today's video I want to show you the tricks of famous chefs for cooking pork belly. If you love pork belly, you must try this incredible recipe. Pork belly has never been so delicious and tender. Juicy and tender meat will please all pork lovers. I've been cooking brisket this way for years. Have fun cooking!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1.2 kg pork belly.
Make cuts on the skin.
Make cuts in the other direction.
Salt.
Rub the salt well into these cells.
Sprinkle salt on the other side.
Rub in the salt well.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
8-9 cloves of garlic.

Make a fantastic dinner out of pork belly.
1 chili pepper.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon barbecue sauce.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix all ingredients well.
Grease the surface with the prepared marinade.
Turn over and brush the other side with marinade.
Freshly chopped parsley.
mmm... what a scent.
Wrap in parchment paper.
Wrap in foil.
Bake in the oven at 190°C for 90 minutes.
Add half a tablespoon of salt to a pot of water.
Add 2 eggplants.
Cook the eggplants over medium heat for 6-7 minutes.
1 onion.
Pour boiling water over it.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
Remove the skin from the eggplants.
Let's cut it.
We need 1 red pepper.
Strain the onions through a sieve.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon sugar.
5 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon of vinegar 9%.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Add fresh chopped parsley.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Mix well.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
After 90 minutes.
Our delicious pork belly is ready.
mmm...how delicious!
It's incredibly delicious.
It turned out very juicy.
Everything is ready!
Eggplant tastes better than meat!
