I got mine off and it was glued on! A razor blade took care of that, and now my ac and heat work great again! Ty so much! I was so glad to not pay a mechanic to do that!

Unfortunately there are 2 different types of this ac panel. I bought a replacement that won't fit my 2000 Accord because they changed the panel design for the 2001-2002 models and that's what I got. So make sure you get the right one for 1998-2000, or 2001-2002!

When I replaced my climate control unit with one from the junkyard, I wasn't able to verify if it worked until I installed it in my Accord. Fortunately, it worked for me. Had it not worked, I had a 30-day return policy.
