I’ve run Old Amber in a Charizard EX deck before the Arcanine EX addition. It’s a good Sabrina counter since it’s a 40 HP single point card with no retreat cost, the ability to disappear when it becomes useless, and won’t disrupt your first hand basic or Poké Ball search. Aerodactyl EX looks like it could be a pretty good wall with its one retreat cost and ability to disrupt from the bench. The deck was: 2 Charizard 2 Charmelion 2 Charmander 2 Moltres 2 Fossils (Old Amber, if possible because Aerodactyl is colorless) 2 Potion 2 X Speed 2 Poké Ball 1 Red Card 2 Professor’s Research 1 Sabrina I could potentially see a single one working as a replacement for the Red Card or one of the Potions.

Aerodactyl is a support not something you build a team around, you place it in your bench (whatever deck you have) and get a bonus from its ability. This thing reverse the disadvantage of not finding the fossil with pokeball because as a support card you don't need to have it as a priority, but still it is nice to have at some point of the game in your bench (no need to ever attack with aerodactyl)

I think Aerodactyl Ex will directly counter Weezing/Arbok/Muk Koga combo. Since usually people will Koga the weezing and change for another Weezing. Or cant evolve the active Ekans/Grimer. Since Grimer has high retreat cost, it can't pivot easily. I hate that card already. 😂 😅

I think comparing Aerodactyl-ex's attack to Circle Circuit is slightly flawed logic as one pokemon requires a full bench to hit for 90 damage and one doesn't.

Pikachu is basic, which makes it easier to get into a position to use also. There are differences, but it is comparable.

The new egg is a way to put Exeggutor into any deck without needing to use grass energy costs since new egg attack is colorless Even if you have no grass energy in your deck, it's attack will still attach a grass to it, then allowing you to attack with Exeggutor in any non-grass decks Brock works the same way, you don't have to play fighting energy at all for it to attach a fighting energy

to do that you'd have to leave exeggcute in the active slot after using the attack. An attack like that is nice I guess, when you have to use it, but designing your deck to do that is a bit of a weird move especially since the payoff is just...exeggutor

I disagree with you on the new Pikachu being better than the old one. The old one can do 20 for one lightning energy. The new one needs three lightning Pokemon on the bench to do 10 more damage. It's less consistent.

dedenne is gonna be so brutal, tauros is just too expensive i think leaf is like, the third best card in the game; the only super relevant deck that wouldnt run it is pikachu

I'm level 26 in this game with like 1400 cards and I still dont have zapdos EX, Machamp EX, and only 1 copy of articuno ex. The pull rates are kinda insanely broken.
