Tricolor Food Recipe | Tricolor Sweet

You can make a simple and delicious tricolor sweet using bread to celebrate occasions like Independence Day or Republic Day. Here’s a quick recipe:
Ingredients:
Bread slices: 6
Condensed milk: 1 cup
Grated coconut: 1 cup
Green food color: a few drops
Orange food color: a few drops
Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp
Ghee: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp (optional, depending on the sweetness of the condensed milk)
Dry fruits (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Trim the edges of the bread slices.
Cut each slice into a round shape using a cookie cutter or a small bowl.
Prepare the Condensed Milk Mixture:
Heat the ghee in a pan.
Add the condensed milk and cardamom powder. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens slightly.
If needed, add sugar and mix well.
Prepare the Coconut Mixture:
Divide the grated coconut into three equal parts.
Leave one part white, mix green food color into the second part, and orange food color into the third part.
Mix each portion with some condensed milk mixture until it binds well.
Assemble the Tricolor Sweet:
Take one bread round, spread a thin layer of the white coconut mixture on top.
Place another bread round on it and spread the green coconut mixture.
Finally, place the last bread round and spread the orange coconut mixture on top.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with dry fruits if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set.
