Where do you get that bulk maribou?

In Alaska the leaches are white in the bellies of our large stocked rainbow trout in Jewel Lake in Anchorage where I'd ride by ten-speed bicycle from my home - or at least they were in their bellies circa 1981. So great. Is that what the fly is for? : )
